How to Register

 

Registration is very simple.  We will do most of the work for you.  All we need is some basic information.  Please enter the following information into the supplied form and we will match you to our records.  Once we have a match, we will gather any additional information we need from our records.

 

First Name - your first name

Last Name - your last name

Date of Birth - the month, day and year you were born

Address - the street address where your mail is delivered.  Also, this should also be mailing address where you receive correspondence from NEAMB.

City - your city of residence

State - your state of residence

Zip - your zip code  

Phone - your phone number is optional, but it may help match your information with our records.

Personal email address - this will be the primary email address for us to contact you.  It will also serve as your username for the NEAMB.com website.

Password - your password for the NEAMB.com website.  Please note: passwords must be at least 6 characters in length.

 

That's it!  Once you have the form completed, press the Register button at the bottom of the form.  We will take the information you have provided, match it with our records and fill in any missing information.
