We are joining together to form a union to improve our collective rights and be an integral part of the decisions that affect our academic and economic life.

We share many of the same concerns about governance policies, tenure, workload, distance education.   We are committed to maintaining a collegial relationship and further our voice in decision making. We answer many  frequently asked questions about what it means to organize and bargain collectively.
